Lycabettus

Mount Lycabettus is a Cretaceous limestone hill in  Athens. At 277 meters (908 feet) above sea level, its summit is the highest point in Athens and pine trees cover its base. The hill is a tourist destination and can be ascended on foot, by car or by the Lycabettus Funicular. At its two peaks are the 19th century Chapel of St. George, a theatre, and a restaurant.

Royal Garden

A public park of 15.5 hectares (38 acres) in the center of the Greek capital, Athens. It is located directly behind the Greek Parliament building (The Old Palace). The Garden also encloses some ancient ruins, tambourines and Corinthian capitals of columns, mosaics, and other features.
